WW2 period German “Death Card”, single-pannel, for Josef Zintl, an Obergefreiter in a Grenadier regiment. He was awarded the Iron Cross 2nd Class (EK2) and the Wound Badge (Verwundeten-Abzeichen). He died on August 23rd 1943 on the Eastern Front.
