US WW2 red cross armband - catholic medallions attached

US WW2 era red cross armband, unattached ends, measuring around 45cm in length. The armband has a very faint stamp on the reverse, unfortunately it’s illegible. In good condition, showing some aging and minor wear. At some point someone attached 2 catholic religious medallions to the armband using a safety pin. They appear to be fairly old, though they’re undated so who knows if it was the original owner or not, it does give this piece a little “character”.
