Schiessbuch Gruppe B (Taget practice) booklet for Schütze Emil Häkel (not 100% sure of his family name). He served with 4. (E) Pz-Abw.-Abt. 17, Fürth, which corresponds to Panzerabwehr Abteilung 17, a panzerjäger unit that was part of the 17. Infanterie Division and was based at the time in the town of Fürth (the unit was renamed Panzerjäger Abteilung 17 in 1942). The booklet is dated 1938, with entries and stamps appearing on 6 of the 12 pages. The entries are dated August and September 1938 and appear to be both for a standard Gewehr 98k, as well as firing a 3.7cm Pak anti-tank gun, which makes sense given that he was serving with a tank destroyer unit. In very good condition.
