Pre-WW1, 1880’s era Imperial German military ID booklet (Militärpass), issued to Eduard Hinderer. Born in 1864, Hinderer joined the Württemberg army, a grenadier regiment, in late 1885. He served as a grenadier until late 1888 and was deemed fit for military call up throughout the 1890’s. Interestingly it comes with a hardcover protective case. In surprisingly good condition, especially considering its age.
