Large WW1 photo - German occupied Lithuania 1918

Large (28.5cm x 22.5cm) WW1 era German photo glued on to a cardboard backing. The photo depicts around 30 people posing for a photo, with the written caption “Libau 1918”, indicating that it was taken in the Lithuanian port city of Liepaja, which was occupied by the Germans in May 1915 and remained under German occupation until the end of the war. 

Eclectic mix of uniformed men, and a few women, in the photo, including army officers, but also what appears to be a good number of railway employees (I’m not entirely sure of some of the cap insignia, very interesting and worthy of further research). Shame this group isn't further identified, they may have worked at the rail facilities in Libau.
