WW2 Kriegsmarine cloth sleeve insignia worn by civilians working in technical or administrative fields for the German navy. The two triangles indicate that this insignia would have been worn by 2nd grade / medium rank officials (these patches came in 3 ranks). Nice gilded stitching (appears more dull in photos), in very good condition.
