Large Hitlerjugend (HJ) ID and document grouping for Helmut Götz, a resident of Bierstadt, a neighborhood in the city of Wiesbaden. He was born on October 16th 1924 and joined the Hitler Youth in June 1933, receiving membership number 3274935. He eventually became an NCO / Squad Leader in mid-September 1938, achieving the rank of Jungenschaftsführer (commanding a squad of 10-15 boys). Most of the ID document his time in Deutsches Jungvolk (DJ), spanning 1937-41. Hard to upgrade HJ ID grouping, very nicely detailed and one of the most complete groupings I've even gotten my hands on. The grouping consists of:

-Membership booklet (Mitglieds-Ausweis der Hitler Jugend): Issued in May 1937, certifies that Götz served with Bann (unit) 80/14 and has contribution stamps from 1937 to 1940. Nice photo of him in uniform with the HJ enameled diamond badge visible, as well as a sporting event badge. The cover shows some wear and age, with a period tape repair.

-Leadership booklet (Führerausweis): Certifies that Götz held the Deutsches Jungvolk rank of Jungenschaftsführer. Nicely unit stamped, his photo shows his shoulder strap with unit Bann number visible. In good condition.

-DJ protective ID cover (marked DJ Ausweis on the front cover): Uncommon hardcover cloth protective case, very nicely unit stamped inside “NSDAP Deutsches Jungvolk der HJ, Fähnlein 12/80, Wiesbaden-Bierstadt”, as well Helmut Götz’s signed name, a stamped date (May 1939) and a handwritten inscription that is dated July 1939. The spine has some damage, but isn’t too fragile. I haven’t seen an example that is stamped and identified like this.

-Health pass (Gesundheitspass): Indicates that Götz passed two medical exams (July 1938 and March 1939), doctor signed and DJ unit stamped.

-Egerländer Lager 1939 booklet: Indicates that Götz spent time at a HJ camp from July 15 to August 28th 1939. Signed by the camp commander, a HJ Oberbannführer. Rules and regulations are enumerated.

-Hessen Nassau Fahrt 1938 ID cards: Pair of HJ travel / trip cards, one showing that Götz traveled to a HJ event in July 1937, which is stapled on to a larger card showing that he traveled on a special “HJ train” (Sonderzug) in July and August 1938.

-Eintrittsbescheinigung card: Basic ID card, which details Götz’s rank, unit number and date he joined the HJ in 1933.

-3 school passes (ausweis) allowing Götz to visit a professional / vocational school (dated april 1940 and feb 1941, one undated) Nicely stamped, fairly eye-catching cards

-Fahnensprüche sheet: list of 10 rules and for standard bearers, as well as the usual HJ and patriotic reminders (In dem Willen liegt der Sieg : Strength of will leads to victory. Die Treue ist das Mark der Ehre. : The truth is the mark of honour)

-Punishment document (Strafverfügung): Dated October 17th 1941, specifies that he visited an inn with 2 other HJ members, which was not allowed for under 18 year olds. His punishment was 10 hours of labor.

-Oct 1939 HJ document assigning Götz to patrol duty, nice detailed and elaborate HJ unit letterhead.
