WW2-era German photos album consisting of 12 double-sided sheets with 77 photos pasted on them. The photos are of varying size and depict Heer soldiers performing training exercises, operating a heavy railroad artillery gun (high caliber piece) and other German field guns, French POW’s and civilians, destroyed French tanks and equipment, German soldiers marching through France, German soldier’s gravesite, etc. Several photos have locations in France written on them (Seine, Aisne, etc). Some very nice, uncommon and collectible images. The album’s front and reverse covers are present, but are unfortunately in damaged condition (spine is absent). The sheets and album covers are pinned together using a modern board (see photos).
