Document grouping - NSDAP member, Austrian engineer

Large document and ID grouping for Professor Hermann Lorenzoni, an engineer (Dipl. Ing.) from the Austrian city of Graz. He was a member of the Nazi party, as well as several Third Reich era organizations. Some fairly uncommon Third Reich ID cards. The grouping includes:

-”Preliminary” NSDAP membership card (Vorlaufige Mitgliedskarte) for Ingenieur Hermann Lorenzoni, who joined the Gau Steiermark branch of the Nazi party on March 24th 1938 and was given the membership number of 6 282 279. The card contains contribution stamps for the year 1940. Nicely stamped and in excellent condition. 

-An NSDAP membership payment receipt card (Bestatigung), with payment stamps from 1938 to 1939 (including a Reichsparteitag 1938 stamp). 

-2 pink coloured additional sheets of NSDAP membership contribution stamps for the years 1941 to 1944. 

-NSDAP association of teachers card (Nationalsozialistische Lehrerbund Mitgliedskarte), Lorenzoni joined this organization in late June 1938 and was given a membership number of 847 in Austria. 

-An NS-Volkswohlfahrt membership card, he joined this social welfare organization in May 1940, his NSDAP membership information is also written / typed on this card. Membership stamps for 1940-41 on the reverse. 

-Deutscher Turnerbund, sporting association, membership card (Mitgliedskarte), which he joined in mid-1944. 

-WW2 era Kennkarte, which Prof. Lorenzoni obtained in June 1940. Stamped by the local authorities. 

-3 post-WW2, late 1940’s period Austrian ID cards. They list his profession as being a professor in a state engineering school (Staatsbauschule). 

Nice, very detailed and complete grouping with several uncommon ID card / docs for an engineering professor who joined the Nazi party less than 2 weeks after the annexation of Austria, part of the "rush" of Austrians to join the NSDAP in the spring of 1938.
