A Third Reich, locally issued (for a resident of Stuttgart) compensation card, in the name of Franz Freinecker. He was issued the card in late December 1943 and has some sort of authorization stamp dated January 1944. There are several entries written in, indicating that he and his family members received compensation. The reverse has a series of instructions, stating that the card must be brought with the recipient to the air raid shelter, among other requirements. In good condition.
