4 sheets of KIA Wehrmacht troops 1941 - Wilhelmshaven residents

Group of 4 double-sided sheets of obituaries of German soldiers. The sheets appear to have removed from a Third Reich era book, likely documenting the fallen soldiers from the city of Wilhelmshaven / the Rhineland area. The sheets are numbered 49 to 56, with a photo / obituary of 9 soldiers on each side. Research reveals that all these soldiers appear to be from Wilhelmshaven. Each sheet measures around 29cm x 21cm. 

Nice variety of uniforms shown in the photos, including Luftwaffe, Waffen SS, two officers, a panzer trooper, SA members and a Nazi official. I researched around half of the soldiers, they died between July and December 1941. The soldiers that I researched were mainly killed in Operation Barbarossa, in various locations in the USSR (the Moscow region, Ukraine, Crimea, etc). Others died in Finland, France and at least two were killed in the Battle of Tobruk in North Africa. Interesting document grouping, worthy of more research.
