Arbeitsbuch and RAD group - Austrian Hitler Youth teen employee
Couldn't load pickup availability
2nd edition Arbeitsbuch grouping for Edith Wersonig, born in January 1926, from Klagenfurt, Austria. She was issued her Arbeitsbuch in December 1940. Her stamps and entries indicate that she completed her agricultural service in the summer of 1941 (Landwirts-Mädel), she then worked as a typist for Hitlerjugend / BDM unit 3 / 563 in the Kärnten region of Austria. She appears to have served with this Hitler Youth unit from April 1942 to June 1944. Very nicely stamped.
Comes with an RAD admission ID card (Reichsarbeitsdienst Pflichtausweis) issued to Edith Wersonig in May 1943. Her RAD service was deferred until June 1944. The stamps and entries show that she attended RAD training camp (Lager 12/226) from June to December 1944, pursuing her RAD service in late December 1944.
An unused Third Reich tax payment document was tucked into the Arbeitsbuch. See photos for details.
Nice groupig tracing a young woman’s wartime service from 1941 to 1945.
